COBB GALLERIA CENTRE WINS FIRST PLACE AWARD FOR CONVENTION CENTER PROMOTION

ATLANTA – For the second year in a row, a panel of judges from the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) Art of the Show competition have awarded first place to the Cobb Galleria Centre.
Cobb Galleria Centre’s 2009 Annual Report won first place in the convention center promotion category. The Art of the Show contest recognizes excellence in promotional materials for the exhibition industry, including venues and shows. There were 141 submissions for awards in 14 categories.
“The Art of the Show is a prestigious competition and we are extremely honored to have been selected to receive this distinguished award in a very competitive category,” said Michele Swann, General Manager of the Cobb-Marietta Coliseum & Exhibit Hall Authority.
“The unique value of IAEE’s annual Art of the Show Competition is that it gathers the best examples of really dynamic marketing and sales collateral together in one place," said IAEE President Steven Hacker, CAE.
