Operations Mgr.: Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre pre-opening office. General management and administration of the facility operations will include the operation and maintenance of the physical plant, housekeeping services, parking, landscaping, utility and phone services. Pre-opening duties will include responsibility for all aspects of FF&E acquisition, including budgets, bids, design and spec. co-ordination, delivery, storage and staging. Minimum of four (4) years experience at a top supervisory level. Experience with computerized building maintenance and HVAC monitoring computer systems. Marketing Mgr.: Responsible for overall marketing, advertising and public relations; develop and implement annual public relations, marketing, and advertising plans; produce client newsletters, press releases, annual report; polished, professional writing skills are essential. Catering Sales: Professional catering sales person must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a food & beverage sales position in a hotel, convention center, catering facility or similar and a 4 year degree. Strong selling skills, knowledge of food and beverage products, menu selection and operational delivery are required for success. Professional communication skills and computer facility required. Purchasing Asst.: Part-time position to assist with deliveries, stock, inventory counts, product distribution and return. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.; walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Must read and write English, count accurately, write clearly. Hours of work will be based on events, but will include nights & weekends. $10.00 per hour. Set Up Attendant: Move and set up chairs, tables, dance floors, etc. for customer events. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs., walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Must read and interpret written and graphic directions (in English) and speak clearly to respond to radio and customer requests. Superior customer service skills essential. Evening shifts will include weekends. Full time position. $8.50 per hour plus benefits. On Call Banquet Servers, Bartenders, Cashiers, Dishwashers needed for our peak times. Flexible shifts will be based on your schedule and our contracted event needs.
